metro station friendly staff
The hotel is very close to Aya Sophia and the metro station. The rooftop view was AMAZING! and the staff was friendly.

the location was very convenient to visit historical places. it was close to the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. the breakfast area provided AMAZING views of the Blue Mosque.
my room was small. the furniture was quite old. i noticed that the room was not very clean AT all.

main attractions friendly receptionist rooftop restaurant poor hospitality ac problem no compensation
The location was great.. it was very close to the main attractions. The night receptionist was especially lovely and very friendly. The view from the rooftop restaurant is really good and breakfast was a pleasure with that view.
The staff's hospitality is poor. My visit was in June and the weather is hot. There was a problem with the AC for the whole stay. They didn't offer us at least an electric fan, and they didn't give us any compensation for that.
